  • 2 tablespoons of cornmeal.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Half a liter of soy milk.

Step by Step:

  1. Serve a glass of soy milk. After that, gradually dissolve the cornmeal with the soy milk. Put the leftover milk to heat.
  2. When the milk starts to boil, add the flour mixture with the soy milk.
  3. It is important to remember to lower the heat, and then stir until you get a consistent cream.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to then rest.
  5. Wash the aubergines very well and cut into thin slices. Then place in a microwave safe container with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Place 8 minutes at maximum power and then set aside. Do the same with the potato and onion.
  7. Cook the vegetables in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  8. Then add the potato and onion that was previously cooked in the pan.
  9. Add a couple of tablespoons of fried tomato, then the layer of aubergines and finally the vegetables, which will be half of the filling. Cover with another layer of aubergines along with the rest of the vegetables.
  10. Spread the béchamel sauce and finally add the grated cheese.
  11. Put in the oven at about 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • 3 carrots.
  • 1 onion.
  • Celery.
  • 2 potatoes.
  • 1 handful red lentils.
  • 800 milliliters of water.
  • 1 tablet of gluten-free and lactose-free vegetable broth.
  • 1 slice of gluten-free and lactose-free bread.
  • Lactose-free vegetable butter.
  • 1 lactose-free vegetable cream.

Step by Step:

  1. To begin, wash the vegetables well, then cut into pieces.
  2. Put the vegetables to cook in a pot, along with water and the vegetable stock seasoning.
  3. Calculate 35 minutes, over medium heat.
  4. When finished, let cool and then blend until you have an ideal texture.
  5. Serve the vegetable cream at a moderate temperature, you can also add a piece of bread with butter and a lactose-free cheese.
  6. Finally, add a little lactose-free vegetable cream to the cream.

Salmon Orange

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of salmon scalopines.
  • 1 leek
  • 250 milliliters of natural orange juice.
  • Liquid cream without lactose.
  • Salt.
  • Cornstarch
  • Olive oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of natural honey.

Step by Step:

  1. Cut the leek into small pieces and cook to taste.
  2. Drain the oranges and add a little honey to the juice.
  3. Add the vegetables, half a teaspoon of cornstarch and a little lactose-free cream, then blend.
  4. Place the salmon on the tray of your choice to put in the oven and cover with the sauce made.
  5. Decorate very subtly with orange slices. Then to finish, put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
